Jackie van Zyl
NBI practitioner

Hi!
My name is Jackie. I am the blessed wife of a wonderful husband and mom of three awesome children.

The first time I did my own NBI Brain Profile was through a life coach in one of my pilates classes many years ago. Although I found it fascinating, nothing more came of it at that time.

Then COVID hit and I got the opportunity to do the NBI training myself - to actually come a practitioner - and I just knew in my heart of hearts that this wasn't an opportunity that I could let go by and not regret having let it go by for the rest of my life.

So I did it.
And the rest, as they say, is history future!! :)

Let me just put my hand up here and say I don't believe that any one system can ever fully explain the complexities of being human,
BUT
NBI is a great and objective lens to look through when needing help in understanding our (and others') preferences in thinking and behaviour.

In short, the NBI profiles are wonderfully dynamic tools to help parents and children relate, to help understand and diffuse frustrations and conflicts in various relationships, to help students make choices about subjects and young adults choices about careers, understanding yourself in sport.
It guides us to understand ourselves better and reach our goals.

It just never gets old to be part of an eye opening moment, to hear a parent say "I wish I had know that before" or to see how business dynamics change due to knowledge flowing from understanding each others' profiles.
It's amazing and a wonderful privilege to be part of this discovery process!
