Relationship Profiles

Additional to Adult profiles:
(These profiles are done after the main NBI® Adult profile of the individual has been completed.)

NBI® Relationship Style
The NBI® Relationship Style instrument provides insight into your relationship style according to how you think about the world and highlights issues that are important to you (but may not be to your partner). Understanding your and your partners relationship style creates empathy and opportunity to grow.

NBI® Parenting Style
The NBI® Parenting Style instrument provides insight into your parenting style, shows what areas you would most likely find essential (e.g. planning for your child's future may be very important to you, while for others making sure your child fits in and is well adjusted may be more important). The report also identifies areas that may have room for improvement.

NBI® Leadership Style
The NBI® Leadership Style instrument provides insight into the way you prefer to lead, highlights issues that are important to you and identifies where there may be gaps in your leadership approaches.

NBI® Business Relationships
Your Business Relationship Style profile gives insight into professional relationships/relationships in the work place. Insights into your own and your colleagues’ unique preferences go a long way towards growing in understanding and tolerance instead of frustration and criticism.
The password to successful relationships is tolerance with respect to differences, accepting the fact that we don't all think the same way.

NBI® Personal Negativity
The NBI® Personal Negativity instrument identifies quadrants where you may experience negative thinking. Once you (and the organisation) have identified the essence of the negativity, solutions become possible.
