There are many aspects of Brain Profiling that I love being part of, one being how NBI Brain Profiles fit into the interview-employment scene.

NBI Brain Profiles give one the opportunity to profile a specific role/job, giving a detailed report of the specific job’s needs. Employers can identify non-negotiable for the position - is it necessary to critically evaluate information, is it necessary to liaise with clients, is it necessary to brainstorm future direction? All these requirements will be reflected in the profile report with which the potential employees can then be compared.
These comparison reports give employers the peace of mind to make better informed decisions when hiring a new employee.
***** See examples below

The process works like this.
The client, the employer, contacts me to discuss the position and its requirements and, if the employer so chooses, can share the existing job description as part of the discussion.
The employer will then complete the profile for the job and a report will be generated.

Once the employer has identified candidates for the position, each candidate will do their own NBI Brain Profile and their profile will be compared to that of the Job. The employer will then be able to see how compatible the candidate is with the job’s requirement and if it is a potential match.

Most employers follow this comparison route NBI offers after the first interview to decide who to invite to a second interview.

EXAMPLES
Here a profile (in orange) is compared to the profile of a surgeon.

Can you see that the two are a good match?

In this case, a profile (in orange) is compared to the profile of a primary school teacher.

Can you see that the two do not match well?
